The OOC staff can be broken down to three main branches and one miscellaneous section:

• Bee - [1999-current] Co-Founder of the original site. Essentially the life of Balamb Garden Online. Personally provides coding, design, webspace, and domain.

• Squall - [1999-2008] Co-Founder of the original site. Balamb Garden Online's visionary and founder.

• Vagrant - [2006-current] Current Head Administrator.

In Character Staff

There are four types of IC staff. There is the Headmaster, Committee Head, Committee Member, and Event Persona. Usually Committee heads hold an OOC staff position as well. The traditional branches are the Disciplinary Committee, Festival Committee, and the Library Committee.

Event Persona

The Event Persona is an ambiguous character, defined only as the needs of the RolePlaying department. These characters set the stage and scene for us, giving us something to work with. Below are details about some of the re-occuring characters that Event Persona uses:

Faelyn Landum

Faculty Member Number 489
Always in or around the headmaster's office, Faelyn currently attends to the administrative duties of operating the garden. Very little is known about the Faelyn's past or personality. What is known though is that Faelyn is that he is heavily mission driven, analytical, and does not like to waste time.
